As items are custom made, a few days may pass before your purchase is shipped. We have two postage options: standard ($5 - allow 5 to 7 days) or express ($10 - allow 2 to 4 days). You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in transit. Free pickup is available from NAB House Hobart. A pop up warning prior to purchase will appear if the above delivery times are unlikely.

As our keyrings are often made to order and customised, we do not exchange for change of mind. If you are not happy with the craftsmanship or if an item is faulty please make contact here so we can rectify any problems. Please refer to our returns and warranty page here. We are happy to help and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

The edge of the leather is bevelled and burnished to provide a smooth comfortable feel.

Leather thickness is approximately 2.5mm. As the key chains are crafted from a natural material and hand made there are likely to be slight size variations and surface imperfections which add to the natural beauty, character and uniqueness of each item.

We do not alter the colour of our photographs but please note that the colour you observe on your computer screen may vary from the actual item.  The images on our site should only be used as a guide.
