Absolutely, there are a number of way you can customise your products. We can add custom text, change the buckle combinations, add additional holes, make belts outside the range of sizes shown on the site, amongst others. Some of these options can be chosen at the time of check out while others you may need to contact us using the contact us page here.
Not all leathers are the same. We source our leather from the UK and Italy. Just like cuts of beef, leather comes from different parts of the hide. We use the premium cut of the hide which makes for a much more durable and appealing product and ensures your item will last a very long time, hence the 10 year warranty. This is also why J&H Leather products are extremely good value even after paying a little bit more than some of the much lower quality items that are on the market.
Given our return policy this is very important. Please take the time to measure accurately to avoid the common mistake of incorrect sizing. The sizing guide can be found here. We really want happy and satisfied customers.

When you receive your belt, please check sizing prior to use. To ensure you have the correct size, don't pull the leather through the buckle, instead thread your belt through your pants' loops and overlap the tip of the belt and the buckle. This avoids marking the belt. If the belt is unmarked and isn't customised with text, we will happily exchange for the correct size. Please make contact here to arrange a swap. The postage will be at the customer's expense.
Products with customised text are unable to be refunded or exchanged. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
In the very unlikely event you are unhappy with the craftmanship, or if an item is faulty, please make contact here so we can rectify any problem.

As items are custom made, a few days may pass before your purchase is shipped. We have two postage options: standard ($5 - allow 5 to 7 days) or express ($10 - allow 2 to 4 days). You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in transit.
If you need your purchase in a rush, please contact us here to let us know and we will do our best to make your item a priority. A pop up warning prior to purchase will appear if the above delivery times are unlikely.
Our service provider Australia Post are very reliable but please contact us here if you believe your package has gone astray.

If you are quick, then we should be able to change the order. Once it is posted and embossed with text there isn’t much we can do so contact us as soon as you can.
We use Heapsgood packaging – check out their website and products here. The mailing boxes are made from recycled cardboard, the labels are produced using a thermal printer which doesn’t use ink and the box is mailed in an Ecomailer which are 100% home compostable. For more detail take a look here.
