Warranty Info
At J&H Leather, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. All our leather goods are made using the finest Italian or English Bridle Leather, known for its durability and ability to age beautifully over time. We stand by the quality of our products, which is why we offer a limited 5 year warranty on our keychains and tags, a 10-year warranty on all our other leather goods, or a 15 year warranty on the “Workhorse” and “Draft Horse” belt designs. With proper care and maintenance, your belt will remain a reliable accessory for many years, with normal wear and tear part of the life and story of the product.
This warranty covers any craftsmanship defects, including issues with hardware, or material integrity under normal use and conditions. Inevitable wear and tear like scratching, fading or changes in colour of either the leather or hardware are not covered under warranty.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage to leather or hardware caused by misuse. Your product may not be covered if on examination we believe there is evidence of use for purposes outside of normal conditions.
This warranty does not include costs connected with shipping. The warranty claim is not transferrable if the product is re-sold.
Return Info
Please take your time to carefully measure for correct belt size. Check out of size guide here.
When you receive your belt, please check sizing prior to use. To ensure you have the correct size, don't pull the leather through the buckle, instead thread your belt through your pants' loops and overlap the tip of the belt and the buckle. This avoids marking the belt. If the belt is unmarked and isn't customised with text, we will happily exchange for the correct size. Please make contact here to arrange a swap. The postage will be at the customer's expense.
Products with customised text are unable to be refunded or exchanged. We do not offer returns for change of mind.

In the very unlikely event you are unhappy with the craftsmanship, or if an item is faulty, please make contact here so we can rectify any problem. We are happy to help and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Shipping Info
​As items are custom made, a few days may pass before your purchase is ready for shipping. We have two postage options: standard ($5 - allow 5 to 7 days) or express ($10 - allow 2 to 4 days). You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in transit. We also have an option for free pickup from NAB House Hobart. You will be notified when your item is ready.

If you need your purchase in a rush, please contact us here to let us know and we will do our best to make your item a priority. A pop up warning prior to purchase will appear if the above delivery times are unlikely.
