As items are custom made, a few days may pass before your purchase is shipped. We have two postage options: standard ($5 - allow 5 to 7 days) or express ($10 - allow 2 to 4 days). You will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in transit. Free pickup is available from NAB House, Hobart. A pop up warning prior to purchase will appear if the above delivery times are unlikely.

We do not offer returns for change of mind but if you have selected the incorrect size and assuming your dog lead has not been customised and has not been used we can swap over the lead for a different size. Please make contact here to arrange a swap. Our returns and warranty information can be found here. We are happy to help and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Ideally keep your leather dog lead out of the sun while not in use. Hang up so it can dry after use. As your lead ages check your snap swivel for wear. For a small fee we will happily replace your snap swivel if you believe it is coming to the end of its working life.

 

To clean use a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth. Do not scrub, soak or use detergents. To extend the life of your Leather Dog Lead we recommend that you use J&H Leather Conditioner.

Dimensions: Approximately 170 cm, 150 cm and 130 cm long including clip. The strap is 18mm wide and 4.0 – 4.5mm thick. Please make contact if you would like a lead with different dimensions to those that are available.

 

To provides ease of use and maximum safety for your dog, the fastening clip is a heavy duty brass or stainless steel snap swivel clip.

 

The edge of the leather is bevelled and burnished to provide a smooth comfortable feel. We will also apply a complimentary coat of our leather conditioner to give your item the best start.

 

As the lead is crafted from a natural material and hand made there may be slight size variations and surface imperfections such as creases and markings which add to the natural beauty, character and uniqueness of each item.
